Delivery Service Information
Due to the extensive range of mats and associated products available from our store, stock and delivery times can vary considerably.
Our most regular items will be delivered within 1-3 days, and any bespoke products can take up to 3 weeks depending on the type of product and the design and complexity of these.
Anything in stock will be despatched either on an overnight courier if required or will be sent on a 2-3 day delivery service if time is not necessarily of the essence.
We will deliver anywhere in the UK and Ireland and can easily arrange delivery outside the UK to anywhere in the world. Please contact our customer service agents on 020 8080 9848 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our carriage charges can vary depending on the delivery schedule required and the weight of the consignment.

Earliest delivery time
The earliest time of day our courier may deliver your goods is 7 am however, the earliest guaranteed delivery slot is by 10:30 am. If you do need an earlier delivery please call us on 020 8080 9848 and we'll try and arrange a dedicated delivery for you.
We do deliver on Saturdays, however as we are not in the office, we aren't able to assist if the driver has any problems. However, if you can supply a delivery contact name and phone number/email address our delivery company will automatically receive a tracking number and delivery updates on the day.
Most orders are delivered by couriers who offer delivery tracking via their app or automated email/text alerts. Please contact us to find out more.

Our opening hours are 7.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
To order online, feel free to browse the website for the most suitable product for your needs. As an overview, our Crofton brand includes many PPE items from face masks to footwear, the Lanmat brand includes a complete range of floor mats and the GabbroGrip product range includes GRP non-slip items to improve safety in any environment. Payment can be made through the webshop payment portal once you have chosen the products you wish to purchase.
Minimum order value
There is no minimum order value.
We accept most credit or debit cards. You can purchase any product shown on the website and pay online, or you can call our customer service department on 020 8080 9848 and pay by card over the phone.

All prices on this site are shown excluding VAT. The VAT will be shown once the items are added to your basket, and in the order confirmation screen before you place your order.

Order amendment or cancellation
Whether an order can be amended or cancelled will depend on what has been ordered and whether the goods have been prepared for dispatch.
All non-stocked items which are ordered in especially cannot be cancelled or returned once the order has been picked.
All made to order parts where the product has started production cannot be cancelled or returned.
If you need to amend or cancel an order we recommend contacting us as soon as possible on 020 8080 9848 where a Customer Service team member will be able to advise.

Collection of products
Unfortunately due to current Covid regulations, our collection point is closed.
You can request datasheets of any of our products either by calling us on 020 8080 9848 or emailing email@example.com, and our technical service agents will be pleased to help you.
Booking a visit from our site engineers
If you require onsite project advice or a site measure, one of our specialists can visit your site. To make a booking we'll need to understand more about your requirements, which we’ll talk through with you before our visit. We'll then arrange a suitable date and time. Please note that due the current COVID-19 virus situation, our engineers will only visit premises where social distancing measures can be observed.
We work hard to ensure our products and services meet your expectations and we will take all reasonable steps to ensure this.
Authorisation must be given before the goods are returned. Only an Oakland Industrial Ltd customer services representative can authorise a return.
Conditions of Return
The goods must have been purchased and invoiced directly through Oakland Industrial Ltd.
Goods cannot be returned in any circumstances more than 30 days after delivery.
Returns must be in good resaleable condition, including packaging.
We cannot accept returns for made-to-order items such as bespoke design mats, non-stocked products, or special orders where products have been sourced specifically for you.
For standard returns, a restocking fee of 30% or £30 whichever the greater will be applied to cover costs.
Failed collections will be charged at £30 per failure. To reduce the occurrence of failed deliveries we recommend the goods being collected from an office location. If this isn’t possible the courier app should be used which will give alerts for when the driver is close
